I am a mother, wife, board certified music therapist and hold a master’s degree in early education. I help people like you learn to become self-loving people and parents who can understand their emotions, find direction in their life again and purpose (without spending too much money or having to reinvent themselves!)

What Makes My website Different

I’ve been there. Not only have I worked with children in mental health settings, but I myself have had severe mental health struggles as well. I understand what it is like to not feel in control of your emotions or self, which is why I am so passionate and understanding when working with others who struggle as well.

What I will teach you. Inside my coaching calls and programs, I try my best to break it all down in a really simple, straightforward way to have you understanding your emotions, your triggers, and your children’s emotions better.

Results. If you sign up for coaching calls with me, I’ll hold your hand through the entire process. Not only will I work with you through our sessions, but I will give you optional “homework,” journal prompts, and worksheets to work on in-between our calls.
